Prioritize Your Mental Health.

This year has been mentally tasking if not anything, and I believe you'd agree with me that right from the beginning it's been testing your patience, pushing and shoving to break you.

If you've made it this far without breaking down mentally, I'm proud of you. If you did break down, I'm still proud of you for being so strong and working to pick yourself up.

To be honest, it's not easy. I should know, I've been constantly trying to keep my head afloat, and continuously finding ways to not drown or get too overwhelmed with the happenings all around me.

As humans, we have so much to do. We're all hustling, trying to make ends meet, working hard to leave a legacy. But once in a while we need to remember to slow down, take things one day at a time, and let things be.

You can't possibly do it all at once, and whilst it's important for your physical health to not over stress yourself, you need to also ease up for your mental health.

I think we're at an age now where we're slowly becoming more aware of the importance of our mental health and of course putting it first.

if you ever feel like you're slipping, or losing it, remember to take a step back and breathe. Talk to someone, listen to music, laze around for a week if you have to, talk to someone, whatever you do, PUT YOU FIRST.

So here's to prioritizing our peace of mind, happiness and mental health.
